Membership
Membership covers the clinical review and ongoing care. If a clinician declines to prescribe after your assessment, the clinical fee for that assessment is refunded.
Medication
Medication is prescribed and dispensed by licensed partners. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed it generally cannot be returned, for safety reasons.
Problems with an order
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
